We completed a complex multipurpose unit for our client to add to their current portfolio. The works comprised of a new 130m2 retail shop unit for various uses.

The project was delayed from the outset due to relocation of underground high voltage cables and the relocation of a main sewer line running through the site.

Upon the diversion of the services the programme was revised and completed as per the client’s timescale and was also £9000.00 under budget.
