New Build House, 42 Grange Road, Edinburgh

Set in mature grounds in the heart of the Grange Conservation Area, Fastrax Solutions were appointed by our client to build a new dwelling house on their existing land.

The finished house comprises of 4 large double bedrooms, master bathroom, ensuite bathroom, shower room, utility, study and a large kitchen/dining area, leading out to fully opened bi-fold doors to the rear of the property.

The elevations of the building was a completed in natural sandstone and the detailed flat roof finish led onto the traditional slate finish with conservation roof lights. On the front and side elevation the windows were finished as sash & case and the rear elevation comprised of lift and slide aluminium doors to fully open for all occasions.

The client also asked us to design & build a new bespoke garden room to the corner of the garden and this was complete to a finish including, flooring, decoration, heating with all power and electrics.
